Definitely listen to what Zinle has to say. Dark hair is a rather trifle thing to shade, may I suggest another color? Blonde, light grey, maybe even a silly color. I don't see too many attorneys with electric blue hair. It's easier to shade things, especially hair, with lighter colors.
I also suggest a clothing change. A red vest with rolled up sleeves.. hmm, I wonder who that could be?
Even if it is just "rolling down" the sleeves, it would make your character more original, and of course it would help you get better at spriting.
But, overall, the edits you have done are done well. I especially like the magatama. Just keep chipping away at the base, and you'll eventually get your own finished product.
