Some scenes from chrono trigger involving every character, Final Fantasy 7's sad death, along with a few others. Orcarina of time and the Goron hug scene.
Don't mind me, just passing through.

Any moment in Earthbound, When you get a not guilty in PW, When I see the 100 screen in Yoshi's Island (I get perfect scores in every level), and I'm drawing a complete blank right now.

You guys named a lot I loved, like in FF6 with the Kefka and the crazy... and Killer7 to name a few <33

Soul Calibur:
When I finally unlocked Siegfried! He's most consistant, long-played character I've dedicated myself to in a fighting game ever, Sieggy it's been eight years! <3

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City:
Swiping a Sparrow and flying over Washington Beach while listening to "More Than This" by Roxy Music has been one of the most inexplicably releasing moments I've experienced in a game thus far.

And playing Jojo's Bizarre Adventure for Dreamcast is a Jojoba fan's wet dream. :edgy:

...There's just too many, I'll be back.

Actually, Miles was referring to the metroid, not to Samus. I believe metroids are asexual, so maybe ITSELF would've been more appropriate.

Well, here we go.
Spoiler: Yup, FFVII...
I adored Aeris. I was only eight when that game came out, and I followed the story like mad while my brother played it because I'd never seen anything like it before. So when she was killed, well, I didn't believe it. "They just killed off the heroine!" I thought. "Whhhhyyyyy??!" And while Cloud is holding her, talking about his overflow of emotion... It still makes me a bit teary-eyed. Especially when he tells Sephy to shut up. It needed to be said.

Spoiler: Paper Mario
Anything dealing with Shooting Star Summit. I love the music there, I love the sky and shimmering cliffs and shooting stars crashing around you. I just think it's so nicely designed. When you go to Star Haven at the end of the game, and you have to follow the little trail of stardust past the lanterns with crescent moons on them... ^_^ Then at the ice dungeon towards the end of the game, there's an awesome boss fight and some really cool mirror puzzles. I'll probably play this game once a year for the rest of my life.

Spoiler: Spyro the Dragon
Any of the original trilogy. I just love these games through and through. I enjoy the flight levels, because they're so free-feeling and fun.

Spoiler: King of Fighters
I love watching Iori laugh maniacally, or telling some to "just die." Or when Mai and Andy make some fun/provocative conversation before a fight. That series is pure win. I have so many fond memories since my brother and I played it together.

Spoiler: Justice for All
Edgeworth came back. Awesome! :edgy: His music rocked.

Ocarina of Time: Link's 3 part finisher to Ganon's face at the end of the game.

Sonic 3 & Knuckles: Beating the Doomsday Zone. When you're 8, it's a beast.

Sonic 2: Beating Robotnik for the last time and the final escape from the Death Egg.

Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike: Beating Gill with SA2 Ryu. What a bastard.

Marvel vs. Capcom: The Onslaught fight. Holy crap, that guy kicked my ass six ways from Sunday before I beat him with Chun and Morrigan.

King of Fighters 2003: Adelheid on Expert. All of his daddy Rugal's techs, and twice the speed? God help me.

Tales of Symphonia: Tower of Salvation, first visit. Quite a shocker, since I figured Remiel was up to something, but I couldn't figure out what. The one-on-one vs you-know-who was quite awesome as well.

Final Fantasy 4: Zeromus. Big Bang hurts too much if your're not prepared. His bonus boss version can cast it tiwce as quickly, too!

Sonic Adventures 1 & 2: Awesome final boss fights in these two.

This may seem weird but whenever I play the original Super Mario 64 I always get this magical feeling when I am about to enter Peach's castle.

I also love all the romantic moments between Fox and Krystal in the Starfox series.

And Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess had so many amazing moments that it's hard for me to decide which I like best.

I actually thought the first case was epic, Phoenix getting amnesia caught me off guard and once again I was on the edge of my seat. And in this case it is revealed that Detective Gumshoe has a crush on Maggey and that's where my love for Gummy/Maggey began. I thought it was cool that even though Phoenix was at a disadvantage but he still solved the case epically.

On The Legend of Zelda when you knock a boss down and you keep slashing it to try and kill it. For some reason I always feel excited at that point and I get a real sense of accomplishment when I finally kill it.

Lotsa spaghetti for DINNER because THIS IS SPARDA!!!

I liked the fact Naruto Storm 2 story mode doesn't really end all that easily. Once you beat the main quest, you still have requests you can do, (Basically missions that can be boring at times, but fun in others.) you can capture "Message Ninja Birds" to send letters from the "Characters of Naruto" and reply to them to get some responses and can be funny at times (Like Sai's love letter lol), and you can also collect cursed dolls (introduced pretty much at the beginning) where you fight different cursed dolls taking on the forms of ninja (Convenient, eh?) and give them back to a shady creeper guy of Konoha so he can rid the world of them and their evil ways.
Spoiler: "After you collect them all."
Instead, he combines them to create a Sage Naruto one considered the "Ultimate Ninja" (No Pun intended?) and you kill him.
Thus allowing you to unlock the Fragment story which is another story sequence with Sasuke. Oh yeah, and the "Collect All Titles" trophy is a beach to collect.

Also, I like how in Chaos Wars the villains are like the Kitakis.
Here's what I imagined when I found out the Luin's main goal...

I love all of the "fingerpoint" scenes in the Professor Layton series, for one. Then there's in Ocarina of Time, when you earn the spiritual stones, and they shine so bright that everything around Link is the same color as the stones. I was really kinda disappointed when they didn't do that in the 3DS version.

Then there's the main character of Persona 3 summoning his Persona (not nearly as awesome in the PSP version, though).

Now for spoilers:

Spoiler: Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask
1. The animated cutscene where Luke is caught by the Masked Gentleman, then is hung by his pants over the ropes so high in that gigantic hall. The real reason I like this scene is just because the Masked Gentleman sounds so sinister when he says "Just how deep do you want to delve?" and "Is it true, Layton? I've heard you have a history of letting your friends down."

2. The scene where Layton and the others finally stop Randall's scheme by raising the city up high. The epic title theme music plays, and Randall is horrified as he sees his plan failing. "WHAT IS HAPPENING?!" Then the platform with Layton standing on it rises, and Layton says in his sort-of over-the-top tone, "Behold, Randall! The secret of the Azran! I discovered it... while you were busy seeking revenge."

3. Descole almost getting revealed by Bronev after the credits.

Spoiler: Professor Layton and the Unwound Future
1. The end of the Unwound Future sends a chill down my spine to this day. Poor Layton. I can't stand seeing that one shot of him crying, yet it's the thumbnail picture of that "Level 5 says Good-bye to Layton" video. :(

2. When "Future Luke" challenges Layton to a battle of wits.

3. The Mobile Fortress rising out of the water. Run, Layton! Come on, you can dramatically grunt later!

Spoiler: Professor Layton and the Curious Village
The ferris wheel chasing Luke and the Professor. THAT was just too cool.

Spoiler: Ocarina of Time
When Link first encounters Ganondorf, and gets hit with a ball of dark energy or something. That laugh, man. That laugh.

I just got a flashback of when I was a kid and spent hours playing Super Smash Bros. Melee and trying to defeat the master hand with every character.

When I used Pichu I felt nervous that such a tiny pokemon was going to battle the master hand ._.

Now I miss Melee...I think Brawl is mostly better but Adventure mode in Melee was fun. :( Not saying Adventure mode in Brawl was bad though.

Spoiler: Fire Emblem: Awakening
Basilio reveals that he is actually alive. That's the start of a very satisfying scene. I derived a sort of fiendish pleasure from watching Validar's scheme implode. Granted, Grima was still revived, but at least for me, that didn't detract from the satisfaction of seeing that arrogant rat completely lose it.

Spoiler: Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword
Groose sets to work on the Groosenator. When I first met Groose, I thought to myself, "This is the kind of guy who's destined to be humiliated in the most satisfying way imaginable." At least in my eyes, it's a lot more satisfying for a jerk to change his ways than for him to be humiliated, but remain a jerk.

Spoiler: Hearts of Iron II
It's not exactly from a set-in-stone plot, but I always enjoy that moment when any of the war's three phases begins. I've spent most of the game preparing for it, and now it's time to show my enemies just how screwed they are.

Spoiler: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney
Miles Edgeworth objecting to the imminent guilty verdict at the beginning of the third day of Lana's trial. Even before I started shipping him with Lana, that moment just struck a special chord with me. Considering that he had been, for the most part, focused only on getting guilty verdicts in the past, I was very glad to see him come to realize that justice was more important.

Spoiler: Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks
The final battle and the scenes that follow it. I can't say for certain, but Zelda's active role in the fighting is probably what made me enjoy it so much more than the final battles in the other Zelda games I've played. With this battle, you're fighting alongside someone you've built up a connection to for almost all of the game.

Spoiler:
Oh god I raged so hard when I got that ending (it was also my first ending). You put all your effort into consoling her, solve ALL the puzzles for her so she can mourn and she repays you with that bloody axe. I really cursed her that moment.

Spoiler: "Catherine"
Even though I went for the true lover ending the first time it didn't feel satisfying. Even if you chose all the virtuous options, Vincent will be compelled with doubt (because the game would probably end prematurely). The true cheater ending was way more satisfying. Now vincent became a real cheeseball, but at least that was a proper consequence of my choices.
The true cheater ending cutscene was so good and funny that it made up for the first cheesy one

even though the true lover ending revealed Toby loved a trap (priceless)

Also clearing hard levels in Super Meat Boy. They are hard, rage inducing and time consuming, but very satisfying once you clear them.

Trauma Team - 25 - The Simplest Truth (2/2)

Doctor Gabriel "Gabe" Cunningham, a diagnostician, has to diagnose his own son (whom doesn't even know what his father looks like, as in, he doesn't know Dr. Cunningham is his father). He's the sort of cool, calm and collected individual (like a splice between Dr. House from House M.D. and our beloved Godot). I like this moment because, during the game, he is portrayed with the aforementioned characteristics, but in this instance where he CAN'T cure his son, he loses his cool and enters a state of saddening rage. It really touched me how he exploded and deemed himself useless, of all the characters in the game that could have done likewise.

Are you implying that Lightning is a better character than Snow? Now I don't think either of them was a paragon of human emotion, as a matter of fact I think all characters in XIII (1) are quite weak.
All I can say is: Snow was voiced by Troy Baker, and his voice is just awesome. Ergo: Snow > Lightning
Face your emptiness don't be afraid. The danger is often smaller than your fear.

I concur, any time Lightning is hitting Snow is one of the worst times in the game.

However the scene were Snow comes to the rescue with his Shiva!Bike and rejoins the party is pretty excellent.

I loved that moment, specially how you distribute all the accumulated CP from the chapters he wasn't present! :basil:

I'm the total opposite. I think the characters in XIII were great, except for Snow, they were realistically portrayed with their problems, again - except for Snow, and were not just cardboard cut-outs of RPG standards. They all had pretty realistic problems or mental anguish.

Sazh was mostly just a father who was worried for his son, Light showed the problems being promoted to parent rather than sibling can be, I mean, she feels like she alienated herself from Sera and Hope has every right to act the way he does since he's a kid and he's just trying to deal with the situation as best as he can, even if he misplaces his anger.

And I say Lightning is better than Snow because I can relate to her. Troy Baker's voice for Snow just wanted me to punch the guy even more. I don't think Snow is a very good or relateable character to begin with. The reason why it took me two tries to finish XIII? Because I stopped 20 minutes in, when I had to control Snow. He pissed me off so much.
"I'm a HERO! I will save EVERYONE! SERAAAAAAAAAA!" Can't that guy shut his big mouth for five seconds, I would rather like to listen to Vanilla narrating how she'd rather turn into a hideous monster than cause total destruction. He's just the typical overzealous, boisterous guy who can't seem to realize that you can't have everything you want, you can't save everyone and you will have to be alright with compromises.
Especially bad in Chapter 7, where Hope reveals to him that he is Nora's son and then Snow suddenly says, "I'm sorry... I'm so sorry... I've been... tortured by the guilt all this time..." which just makes me ask, what guilt? We never saw any guilt from him. And you know why that is? Because Snow is shoved aside and out of the plot's frame for majority of the game. So how can I believe a single word of him about any guilt? The five minute cameos he's had beforehand never seemed to let in on his potential guilt. All he cared about was "SERAAAAAAA!" and being a Hero again.
Really, only time I can tolerate him is in Chapter 10, when he shuts his mouth.

That's really more the game's fault than Snow's, the game is so disjointed it's hard to tell who anyone is or whatever is going on at any time.

But eh, it just boils down to how you like your characters. If we want to make the world a better place we gotta live like the examples we want to be, Snow's an idealist and a revolutionary, of course he's going to be in favour of heroic action instead of mopey mopey mcCloudCopy's brooding and scolding.
