I am afriad I must disagree with your choice for Sebastian. However, I cannot think of anyone that would fit that role. Hmm... We need someone who cracks under pressure, is very strict but only becuase they have to be, and actaully cares for the welfare of others. (In Sebastian's case, Ariel. He is very strict becuase he has to be to keep Ariel out of trouble, but he actually cares about her)

Now, for the real Alternate Universe:
1) If Morgan have stronger mystic power than Misty, what would happen?
-Pearl wouldn't be exist, because she's born because of Morgan's frustation to get her bloodline be

-Dahlia and Iris would be pretty much loved and stay in Kurain
-Misty Fey wouldn't leave Kurain, and maybe so does Mia + Maya
-Because of the 2nd effect, Diego wouldn't 'died' but he wouldn't know Mia and wouldn't want to get
revenge at Trite too
-The 2nd case and 5th of PW1 wouldn't happened
-The 1st, 4th, and 5th case of T&T won't happened
-Then, if Maya hasn't been Phoenix's assistant, and he don't get any assistant *particularly one who likes Maximillion G. and Steel Samurai series*, then he would lose Case 1 of JfA, Case 2, 3, and 4 won't happen, And on 1st Game, the 3rd case won't happen.
-Because of ^, then Case 2 and 3 of T&T won't happen
0_o as you can see in the alternate universe where Morgan have stronger power than Misty, Phoenix won't have many case, poor guy...

Ace Attorney X Batman and Superman
-Superman: He's always devoted to saving the lives of others. He's also apparently indestructible: falling off a burning bridge, getting hit by a car, being whipped into unconciousness, getting clunked on the head with a fire hydrant, what CAN'T this guy survive? He even has a little hair curl on his head in GS5. -Batman: He has a passionate hatred of crime, he's probably very rich (he has a sports car in 1-5), he's friends with Phoenix who's like Superman, his parent was shot by a criminal, and he's the brooding silent type to Nick's cheerful outgoing personality.
-Robin (Dick Grayson): The cheerful young sidekick to the brooding Edgeworth/Batman. She also wears colorful clothes. -Jim Gordon: Both are members of the police, though the Commish's not as incompetent at his job. He's also a loyal pal to Mr. Edgeworth/Batman.
-The Penguin: Just LUKE at him! (see what I did there?) He just needs to pack on a few pounds, wear a hat and he's perfect! -Lex Luthor: Rich jerk who is one of Phoenix/Superman's first enemies. -Two Face: Probably more similar to the Christopher Nolan version, anyway. Both had jobs as lawyers and both had girlfriends who were also lawyers. He lost his girlfriend in a tragic event caused by a sadistic murderer. Half of his face was also scarred. Harvey's left half was burned off, and Diego's upper half (his eyes) was scarred from poison. His hair turned white like Two-Face's in the animated series. He also treats Godot and Diego as two different people at times, giving him a degree of duality to his personality.
-The Joker: Also based on the Chris Nolan version. I would've picked Matt Engarde 'cause he looks more like a Joker, but I thought she would make a more interesting choice. Her backstory involving her cruel father invokes Joker's first story about his father who was "a drinker and a fiend." Though many of her plans failed, she caused many deaths and she's part of the reason why Diego became a prosecutor, paralleling how Joker caused Harvey to turn to the dark side. Her lack of remorse for causing all the chaos going on throughout GS3 definitely makes her an "agent of chaos." Also her skin as a ghost is pale white like the Joker's in the comics.

Ace. We see him start out as the cool old guy Snake. Except for being blind, their personalities are almost the same. Complete with a miniscule bit of Ho Yay with the protagonist. Santa. I dunno, he has white hair. Clover. Trucy's a near equivalent minus the occasional f-bombs. Junpei. "Apologize to the funyarinpa!"
Akane. I was going to go with Maya as Akane and Nick as Junpei, but then I realized Akane has brown hair, blue eyes, and a purple dress. And Ema's Japanese name is Akane. And in the game, if you choose door 3 just so you don't get separated from her, there's a puzzle that involves luminol. Seven. Lotus. Boobies. That's all I've got.
