Anyway, straight to the point, this is one hell of a game.
How can you NOT love a game where you can draw on things to explode them?! 8D
It got so little attention, and it needs more love.

My favorite thing about the game? The graphics. I know graphics shouldn't be a huge point of a game (like X-2), but I adored the style of the game and it just made the whole thing a real delight to play.

Am I the only one who thinks it'd be fantastic on the Wii, though? Those paintbrush movements would be so much easier with a Wiimote than a clunky analog stick.

I had a blast playing through this game. The plot was good, the gameplay fun(even though it was very easy), and it oozed quality in presentation. Especially the music. <3 *has the soundtrack on his compy*

And this is a credit to how awesome the gameplay and plot are: It's a game where you can explode things... but that isn't why people play the game. THAT is a sign of a very, very good game.

Yes, the whole God wolfie thing is a big problem, ne? I mean, I see a lot of human Ammy fanart but it's just not plausible... All the brush Gods were animals, so why would Amaterasu be any exception....? Hmm...

DAMN STRAIGHT!
Basically, Okami = EPIC WIN. The graphics are absolutely gorgeous, the plot is original, the celestial brush works very well, the charcater design, especially the enemies, is good and the ending almost made me cry. Which is a feat, considering I laughed at the ending of Titanic. And the music is beautiful... I've got Reset (the ending theme) on my Ipod.
I really can't find anything to critisise it on, except maybe the fact that the voices are rather annoying for the first ten minutes, until you get used to them.
It's so sad that it didn't sell well, but maybe it's for the best that we won't get another game. The current ending seems perfect, and I would hate for my favourite game to be runied by an unnecesary sequel....

1. I got a PS3 some time ago (i know i'm spoilt) and my brother stole our PS2 cables after we instaled the PS3 for some reason so i can plug it into my room.
2. I face a problem with one of the dungeons (the one where you had to gather all the dogs to get inside).
Still Okami is awesome; my fav part other than the graphics is that you can bark :D
