A little help with the Turnabout Big Top case? (Spoilers)

I'm in part 4-1 of the Turnabout Big Top case and I'm supposed to answer who put the cloak on the Max G's bust. I've tried all the witnesses and evidence but I keep on messing up. What to do? Meh..If the answer is ridiculously obvious I'll feel pretty dumb.

Yeah it was what the others said. That was a hard case, since it was mostly guessing, not actually basing it on the facts.
