How about we all agree that Edgeworth should move on and let Blacky take a role? He's such a great character and gives everyone crap. Thus, GK3 would only naturally be "Ace Attorney Investigations: Simon Blackquill".
If we must keep Edgeworth, we need a really corny-sounding subtitle that relates somewhat to DD... "Distortion of Law". (Wait, that sounds like something about Blacky again. Dang, this is hard.)

To me, having the protagonist's name in the title should be based on whether or not they were introduced in that game, not how playable they are.
Plus we've already had so many Mary Sue accusations that I think it's better that she only really lead one case.

Legal Lineage? Age of Advocacy? Court in Cession? :P
Honestly, I don't see my suggestion above working. It certainly sounds nice, but unless GS6 stars the trio of lawyers combining their powers to form Captain Courtroom to slam down the hammer of justice, the "trinity" wouldn't quite make sense. (Then again, "Dual Destinies" was pretty obscure, even after I've played through it several times.)
