Quite interesting as this is the first non-Nintendo published series to receive a hub.

It also comes under "Nintendo Characters Hub", so yeah... Interesting! (Or I could just be grasping at straws here!)

It seems to be there mostly because of PLvsPW promotion, but it's still nice to see the series get a little more recognition by NoE. Thanks for the tip!

Very true, but they could have just put the game under the Professor Layton Hub instead of creating a whole Ace Attorney hub!

It's good that the series is being supported by Nintendo like this, and hopefully this will help towards localisation of the 123 Wright collection :maya:

I'm liking this! Also pretty interesting how they redesigned the first game's cover for the main page of the hub so it better resembles the rest of the series. Let's hope it leads to more people checking out the series and maybe get the ball rolling for the 123 Wright collection release. Couldn't come at a better time, honestly. Fresh of the crossover release, a compilation for the new fans to play.

Let's hope Capcom take advantage of this and release it Asap then!

A bit out of sequence since they put Trials & Tribulations after AA4 but...all in all, good.

The reason for that is that AJ actually released BEFORE T&T in Europe...

Is it me, or is there absolutely no sign of the Capcom logo on that page? Even the Professor Layton hub page has Level-5's logo. I can't find the Level-5 logo on the Inazuma 11 hub either.

Well, it's not my problem, but I find it funny.

Hopefully it could also be a sign that GS6 as well as Takumi's newly announced entry (assuming that they are two separate games) will also get Western releases.

I think stuff like this is a good indication that DD had good sales in the US and Europe. Hopefully, this means the chances of getting more localizations are high right now. :jazzedgy:

Luckily, it doesn't really matter as they can all be played as standalone games, you don't really have to have played one game to know the story for another, as it generally gets explained.

With a final smash that changes the playing music?

Looks like Capcom took that video to heart with Phoenix's UMVC3 appearance :-)

Really nice to see AA up there with the other Nintendo characters. However it's quite hard to actually find the AA Hub, because it doesn't appear in the list when you just click on "Nintendo Characters Hub".

The AA series is published by Nintendo in Europe. As is the Layton series.

And they still let him in the EU version of UMVC3?

No, it is published by Capcom in Europe. The first 3 were published by Nintendo in Australia, AJ wasn't and not sure about the others

Sorry, I should have said Nintendo Europe were the 'distributor' rather than the 'publisher'. It's only a slight difference though really; for all practical intents and purposes they were Nintendo published games.

For example, the DS games all came with Nintendo VIP stars (at the time they only came with Nintendo published/distirbuted games though now I believe they are bundled with other titles too) and there are art assets for them available on Nintendo's asset library. For retailers they were listed as Nintendo published games meaning they were sold by official Nintendo trade partners (who weren't necessarily official Capcom suppliers), Nintendo set the trade price and they also handled all the in store promotion (posters and other POS etc.).

So they've been handling the AA series in Europe for a while now is all I meant...

Little update:

Nintendo UK have now added the Ace Attorney hub link at the bottom of each page, with the other site map links, although if you go to the nintendo character hub itself, there is still no sign of Ace Attorney there

They probably worked out the kinks with the minimal of fuss, all it takes is an agreement and good contracting!
