I changed my mind, I was going to use Gaspen Payne instead of Winston Payne. And FYI, it's "Franziska", not "Fransizka". Blizdi suggested that I used the old voice.

Depending on how interlinked the plots of the cases are, it might be better for him to plan them together, so he can avoid story problems later on. It's always a good idea to know what you have planned for the rest of the game.

He wasn't criticizing it. From the summary we have in front of us, it does seem like a plot hole. He addressed it to see if you had a solution to the problem (or if you were aware of the problem).

Think of it less like criticism and more like helping your game become as good as it can possibly be. Criticism is something that you're going to deal with a lot here, and if you want to make a fangame, you're gonna have to learn how to deal with it.
As a fangame creator myself, it's true that you shouldn't let other people control what you do with your game. Too many cooks spoil the broth.
However, you also don't want to just brush off other people when they point out potentially huge plotholes. You should be able to find some sort of happy medium. You should be able to take criticism while still maintaining your own artistic integrity. If you leave in big problems, your players will notice them, and then there will be a very good chance that the case won't be received well. And THEN, I guarantee you that the criticism will be even more widespread.

I have been working on sprites alot lately, focusing on reworking Angelina's sprites. Posting has been nonexistent, however, because of school work. But all major school grades are over with and we're in like the last three weeks so I should be working a whole lot more soon!

Basically what he said - don't let other people control your ideas. But that's not what I'm trying to do - as JesusMonroe and Ropfa have stated, I'm trying to help you by pointing out a potential plot-hole in your case. Trust me, as someone who's been in the fangame creating business myself for 2+ years now (I'm just not on CR very often since I use AAO), you're going to come to greatly appreciate people like me who can give you this kind of criticism. Attacking me for giving you criticism is going to do nothing for you but give you a bad-rep and a lack of anymore criticism, and, harsh truth as it is, when your fan-game releases, there's going to be potentially serious problems.
If you'd prefer me to not give you such criticism, then I won't, just tell me. But when you release your fangame and there's numerous errors, don't come crying to anyone else because you couldn't take any gentle constructive criticism. I know that from experience - I'm two revamps into my own fangame because early on, I didn't know how to take criticism well either. And that didn't leave me in a very good position, because I KNOW from experience that if you ignore the people who advise you, stuff is going to go wrong. It happened to me, and I promise you 100% that it can and will happen to you if you ignore criticism because you have a false pretense that your case is "perfect". It happened to Macbeth after all, didn't it? :P
Don't get me wrong here - I have high hopes for your fan-game and I'm very interested to see where it goes. But fangames on this scale have a very high fail rate, like it or not. No, I haven't started the rest of those yet, and yes, I can get started on those. But you have to remember, I can only work so fast with working on my own sprites periodically, school work, and taking breaks.

So that means I can sell more of my soul to you than previously available. A Lena bench sprite preview is done, I'll get that uploaded soon. The sprite goes to the bottom of the screen rather than cutting off, but I didn't feel like dealing with having to draw her hands or book. If you plan on using the non-visible parts of the sprite for anything, just say so and I'll draw them in real quick like.
