Thank you so much! They look amazing! You don't have to animate them since i'll be using PyWright.

Not entirely sure this would be the right place for the post, but here goes:

I've got a problem with the animating part of making sprites.
In a personal training session I made various edits to some sprites using another member's sprites for reference (I haven't yet obtained permission, hence why it's personal and how I do not intend to make it public).

When I tried putting it all together, I realized I didn't know how.
Upon a quick search I used some free websites to varying results:

Spoiler: Ezgif(dot)com
http://ezgif.com/
By using this site I found it incredibly easy to do what I wanted. However, the quality turned out somewhat poor:
Image
(One of the frames has the character misplaced, I fixed it afterwards so the site is not at fault).

Spoiler: Imgflip(dot)com
https://imgflip.com/images-to-gif
By using this site, I managed to get a gif in acceptable quality, but it lacked feature the previous one had.
The ability to select the delay per frame.
That is to say, I can choose how long the sprite animation will take, (100 ms, for example) and it will divide the delay by all the frames (5 of them) equally. Meaning, each frame will take 20ms, regardless of my wishes.
As can be seen in the first example, I would like to slightly alter the timing on the various frames, if at all possible.
Here's how it turned out:
Image

Furthermore, this is also the point I notice whether transparency will turn out to be a problem, and how in the world would I create said transparency.

What I'd like, is someone to either teach me, or point to where I can learn, or suggest a program that enables me to create the animation required for the sprite.
Thank you kindly.

Even though its not a sprite animating program per-se, I use Fighter factory. You can customize pallets, animation times and other cool features.
http://mugenarchive.com/forums/download ... le&id=2302
It may take a couple of tries to download at peak times but you will be able to get it. Its a really good and versatile program to use.
Quick little side note, the program only works with BMP files. and you will have to separate each frame into separate files.
EDIT: I made a small video showing you how to animate using the program

I found this one incredibly clunky, but I managed to nearly do it, using your video.
In fact, I did one of them, (which turned out to have a mistake, as I always make sure to do) but I couldn't do it again after that. God knows why.
EDIT: I've managed to finally figure out why it stopped working and managed to actually get it working. Thanks a bunch.
Spoiler: Here's the successful attempts

I've since fixed my problems with it and was able to make others. Thanks. Here's a fixed version of the above.

(I hope this is the right place to post this)
Hello, on this page, I found some really nice plague doctor sprites by "Morris." I looked this user up on this forum, but they had zero posts, a male gender, a custom title of "Godot is love, Godot is life", and they seemed to have joined on Tue Jan 14, 2014 10:04 am, but their last visit was two days later. (Thu Apr 17, 2014 7:32 am)

If you know who made these sprites (or made them yourself) could I be directed to where I can request to use them for a fangame?

I've been working on a sprite for my sprite comic (she is the prosecutor) but I just cannot get it right.

Could someone help to neaten it up for me? Making it look more like a sprite?

Hi SuperAJ3! Nice to see you outside of AAO. Thank you for filling my request, but could you please make :pearl: a little smaller, as she was in JFA and T&T? Right now, she looks like she does in DD. Thank you!

Do you mean the MASON system in Apollo Justice? Or the one where the characters zoom in?

That desk is part of the background in the office, it's not a separate image. If you want the desk, you could just copy/paste that section of the Wright & Co. Law Offices background.

Hello hello! I wanted to request some Hobo!Phoenix sprite edits.

He actually has lots of expression in his normal AJ sprites, but he always gives that feeling of "I know everything that's gonna happen, my dearest puppet". His Dual Destinies counterpart comes back with these expressions

Thus, I wanted to request some extra facial expressions for the guy. Dunno how hard it would be, but I'll be specific:

1. Front, surprised
Reference:
Image

2. Front, bummed out
Reference:
Image

3. Co-counsel, bummed out
Reference:
It's the same expression as number 2, but in one of his co-counsel poses. I get the idea that you could use this sprite as base. He looks similar to a Mia Fey sprites, also in her co-counsel version.

I would greatly appreciate if someone could help me. I would of course credit you in the game I'm making.

In case someone takes this job, please note: THESE ARE JUST FACE EDITS OF HOBO!PHOENIX, I DON'T WANT HIM TO LOOK LIKE HIS DD COUNTERPART. I just want his dorky-Dual-Destinies expressions in his Hobo suited version.

Hobo Phoenix Sprites can be found here, btw. Thanks in advance!

Hello!

I am trying to make an OC.. but I.. lack the proper spriting experience to do this..

I was inspired by Zinle's sprites, so you can write this off as a stolen idea if you want, but I want to make this idea come true.

His name is Hades Wright, and he is the biological son of Phoenix Wright, his story takes place 30 years after AJ, where he attempts to take up his Father's Throne of greatness.

He begins his career as a 22 year old Defense Attorney, his attitude is very much similiar to Apollo, but his determination is much like Phoenix's.

Why, must you ask? In this alternate timeline, Phoenix Wright marries Thalassa Gramarye, in which, they have a son, which is of course, Hades.

Thalassa gives Hades her single-last bracelet, where the other one is now in Apollo's possession.

After Hades' first case, where Phoenix co-counsels him, Phoenix passes down Maya's Magatama to him, entrusting him to his full potential.

I basically want a full set of these sprites, to come to life:

If you would like to help, then either message me or reply, because I really want this character to come to life!

MASSIVE credit to Zinle, for those sprites inspired this idea.
