"What Ant remembered... Can't be real, no matter how it looks like. I was present when D found the CPR machine. At this point, Ant was already handcuffed, so there's no way he could have picked it up even if he had been there. So the only way I can think of is that his memories were manipulated after someone stole the machine from D and placed it on him. You could also call it... amnesia."

Dry was clearly taken aback by the outburst from the normally very quiet young woman. "Well... I mean, now that you mention it, if Ant had access to the key to his handcuffs, it would sort of explain everything pretty naturally. Hell, if he's working with someone else here, then he wouldn't even have to have the key on him to have access to whatever items he wants-- keeping the handcuffs while having access to the key would give him the perfect alibi to do anything that he'd like to do."

Persephone stands behind Vii to shield herself from the corpse, all confidence and anger drained from her body.
"D. Who did this?" Persephone begins to pace.
"Neo...didn't k-know anybody here. Nobody lied about that. He was under little suspicion." Persephone went silent.
"H-he must have had an item, a v-very important item. An item so important that someone would end his life. An i-item so important the killer would use the gun, the ultimate bargaining tool."
"It was a group, too. T-two rounds in a row, Neo was targeted by two people."
Persephone looked back at Bishop, slumped on the wall, in all her clothes.
"Bi-Bishop had suspicion that there is a player here who knows where the items are in this game. T-that person would be able to find or steal the gun easily, and they would know that Neo had that rare item. I-is that item the heat key? I d-don't know. But I know that D knows where items are in this place. Whether that m-means she's z-zero or a murdering esper, I also can't s-say. I dug the r-rubble up from the 10th cell. I found a shovel in a previous room. D knew, even though my own group didn't."
Persephone caught her breath.
"There's also something happening here with Laurent. After all this susp-suspicion has been cast on him with the CPR machine and the handcuffs, what happens? H-he gets MERCY'd. Ma-maybe the item Neo had was a bargaining tool? Maybe he paid someone off? This doesn't sit well with m-me."

D looks at the lifeless body of Neo before looking back at the others.
"As for whenever I know where the items are.... Bishop's lying about that. He lied to make me looks suspicious. The only item I knew to be in the game was the CPR machine. I know the CPR machine's in the game because I was the one who found it.
The shovel.... Someone else told me about it, that's it. That person told me to keep quiet about it, because he didn't want the others to be suspicious of me as I wasn't supposed to know that kind of stuff." D said, as she looks around the group.
"Perhaps the killer didn't want to mention the gun, because he found it and didn't want the others to know about it? I would guess the killer still have the gun." D explained, "I didn't know the gun existed, so I have nothing to do with the murder."

Dry threw Bishop's arm around his shoulders and hefted the young man. "I've got Bishop-- you guys make your way up to the Ready Room and I'll be there in a sec. I hope one of the winter jackets will be enough protection from the elements for this guy. I think there were boots up there too."
He shuffled off to Room 9 while carrying Bishop, not waiting for replies. "I'll be in the Ready Room getting dressed for the outside!" he yelled behind him.
(If it's not clear, I'm gathering everyone willing up to the Ready Room and using the HEAT key once everyone's ready)

The group pauses for a moment as they grab snow jackets once more in room 9 and prepare to step out into the blizzard. Night has fallen and outside is pitch dark but Penta leads the way to the hidden building in the snow while Dry carries Bishop behind her. As they arrive at the large building Bishop begins to stir back to consciousness. A small industrial light has switched on in response to the darkness and illuminates it. The building appears to be made of black marble and large pillars flank the huge metal door in the fashion of Greek architecture. The door itself bears a large H symbol on it and a small symbol of flames. Immediately below the Flames...a keyhole.
Dry grimaces as he inserts the HEAT key and turns, in response the mechanical mechanisms behind the huge door churn into life and the two doors part down the middle of the H. It's dark inside but the group nods reassuringly to one another and ventures forth.
The inside is dark...barely lit by a spherical light in the centre of the ceiling, it casts many shadows in the already poorly-lit room. The inside is also fashioned of black marble and the floor is lined with a series of thick metal grooves. The main part of the room is designed to look like some twisted rendition of a courtroom. 4 Chairs line both sides of the room on small elevated platforms. The chairs themselves are pretty monstrous in form...with various metal attachments and open metal cuffs built into the arms of each chair. The resemblance to an electric chair is actually quite alarming. In the middle of the room there is a podium with a similar chair behind it and behind the chair is a screen. The podium has a small slot on the front with a glowing indentation in the shape of a Gavel.
"Well...I'm glad to see you all...well most of you in any case made it here."
The JUDGE blinked into existence on the screen behind the podium, it's typical smile providing another source of life.
"Welcome to the Execution Room...you are almost...free...or dead...one or the other. The JUDGEMENT phase has been cancelled since you managed to make it this far but it's time for the final part of this game to begin in any case so I'll soon be able to bid you all goodbye and get some rest. Now...if you'll please take your seats...we'll begin."
