The plot in a nutshell: Young Phoenix is accused of copying a handheld massager. The game takes place after Mia defended Phoenix, but other than that, the game dosen't take place at any specific time. (In the intro, it says the game takes place "2 seconds ago"!)
It's completely appropriate for everyone to play, and is in English. (Which is the only language I can speak, anyways...
