Well, if it wasn't for my friend, I wouldn't have gotten into this series. My sister loved Hunny. And I liked Mori. and also the twins. (at first. then they started to annoy me a little.)
It's probably the only Shoujo manga I will ever recently read. Other than Cardcaptor sakura.
I liked Hunny/Mori, the most.
Also a little Mori/Haruhi was ok by me, too. =D

I thoroughly enjoyed the ridiculous riding-a-horse-drawn-carriage-in-a-dress-off-a-cliff-onto-a-highway chase scene in the last episode though.

I just wonder how Funimation is going to dub it come '08. Hopefully, it won't be a mess like some animes have turned out in the past. But, Funimation is a pretty good licensing company, so...they'll probably do a good job.

There hasn't been many anime series that have caught my interest lately but I looove Ouran. I haven't laughed that hard at an anime/manga in a long time. Tamaki definitely has to be my favorite character out of that whole series. He's just so spazztic and his obsession with Haruhi makes me lawl.
When I went to Otakon I think most of the merchandise I got was Ouran XD. A Tamaki plushie, a Tamaki/Haruhi keychain, two Ouran doujins and the official anime book.

Tamaki/Haruhi is my number one pairing in this series. Though I admit I am also a bit of a Haruhi/Kasanoda shipper. And also a bit of a Tamaki/Kyouya shipper even though I'm not into yaoi XD
Those who have not seen Ouran, I recommend you watch it. It's hilarious.

I'm one of those crazy Kasanoda*Tetsuya fangirls, though. :< Do you know how rare we are? Half the fandom doesn't even seem to know the boys exist. *Single glistering tear and small violin* Oh, the pain of under appreciated pairings...
Anyway! Yeah, it's a great series. ^_^ I love all the characters, and everything is overdone to the point of self-mockery-- which I love. XD

I read a few of the manga, but for some reason I couldn't stand it. I like the art of the anime much better, and I thought the anime also did a better job of emphasising which parts were silly and which were serious.
So overall I really like the anime, manga not so much. My favorite is Kyouya <3

Hunny/Mori and Kasa/Tetsuya is love. I HONESTLY thought Tets was a girl until I realised they'd been calling him 'him' throughout *such a blonde at times*.
Also, Haruhi's a great heroine for the show/manga. She's so... different to most shojo females. She really can pull off being a guy.
(Also, Kyouya/Tamaki is win as well. *snuggles them*)
Kind of disappointed that Satoshi wasn't in the anime. I was DYING to see him all through the episode and he didn't turn up. ;o;

I'm glad to hear that FUNimation got the licsence for it. They did an excellent job with Full Metal Alchmeist if I remember correctly.
Edit: Crap, The Download Eps are in .Avi format. I can only get the sounds to work and not the video.

It's hard to pick a favorite...just about everyone has made me laugh and/or fangirl!squee at least once (especially the twins).
But I guess if I had to pick one it'd be Haruhi, because she's nothing like your typical anime girl (but still a great character).Kasanoda/Tetsuya fangirl reporting for duty! These two are so adorable but they do tend to get overlooked, even though they have two episodes while most "minor" characters have just 1. They need more love, dammit!
