I changed them to Imgur. It seems to be a better site than Photobucket, thank you.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'bands.' The only word close to that (that I can think of) is bangs, but there's no grey outline there.
She has a grey outline on her arms, should I fix that?

Also, yeah the hand thing. Try to look at the symmetry of your sprite and see if one side's off or not. Flipping the canvas can help if you're finding that tough.
