With a large enough group, any character can be taken out very quickly, and frankly, if enough users choose to take someone out, then the target is eventually going down no matter what restrictions you impose. That said, I can understand wanting to prevent collusion and quick assassinations. For example, I certainly wouldn't be pleased to get back from work to find Maya dead and Pearl at death's door when I had left that morning with both of them at full HP. In theory, with the current "one post every fifteen minutes" rule, a character at full HP could be killed in three hours and fifteen minutes.

It would slow the game down, but some restrictions that occur to me include limiting the number of moves a user may make in a given time period (five per day, for example) and forbidding a user to move until a certain number of other users have moved since their previous move. I suppose a forced turn order is also an option, but it strikes me as rather extreme and would make it a bit more of a hassle for new players to join.

I might have more ideas later, but I really should be getting to bed now; I've already stayed up more than an hour later than I intended.

Also I think you could simply increase the time between posts. I objected at putting it down to 15 but 30 wasn't much better if its rapid assassinations you wish to avoid.

On the other hand there is a satisfaction that comes with wanting to gun someone down and capitalising on your opportunity to do so.
All things considered I'd advise raising it to one post per person per hour.
