Hearing the others discuss brownies, Jay stood up and stated, "In this, I will partake." He reached over and grabbed a brownie and a napkin and returned to his place at the table. The food he'd eaten had done much to lift his spirits and a dessert would be just the thing to cap off the amazing meal.
