I don't think this is a case of Japanophiling. I think it is more a case of people expecting a new game/timeline/whatever to keep the original names, or something.
I mean, not like that's ever happened with the English translations of the re-released first three, or anything.
So, yeah. Apollo Justice it is, then. Supposedly.
At least with such a cool-sounding name, it might attract a hotbed of new fans to purchase the older titles, upon release. Thus, kicking off a boom in Phoenix Wright the likes of which have never been seen before, in the West.
