From what I heard about the powder, it was all over the place... I don't think that the chalk would go all over like that if it was just on someone's hands."

"I think there's a far better solution here", James said. "If the drywall fell off, then perhaps there was some hole in the room used to kill Abby from which was later covered up by the murderer. In which case, the killer didn't even have to be in the same room as her." He smirked.

"It may be flour, perhaps used as a substitute for climbing chalk. It scattered in the room because of airflow, and the killer used a rope to kill Abby because they had the flour on their hands. Some of the powder had gotten on Abby when she was being strangled, I presume. Most likely due to the killer standing over them."
