"Hmmmm...? Were you players speaking about the past Nonary Games?" Zero speaks up as the players talked about the past Nonary Games. "However, Psychic, I'm afraid that I'll have to break this to you, but you're completely wrong. I have no part in the Nonary Game in which that Discard guy was forced to play. As you already know, each Nonary Game have their own Zero, except for one. Let me tell you a story and this story is something you wouldn't find in any official documents."

There was a pause before Zero spoke some more.

"Once upon a time, there was a man named Sergei Cunningham. He was a ordinary person, just like you. One day, he have a crazy idea; he thinks he wants to be all powerful. So, he and his wife kidnapped 7 innocent people and forced them into a game. This was the very first Nonary Game. Anyway, Sergei successfully escaped the game with the other 7 innocent people after his wife confessed to being Zero. However, those 7 people did not realized that he was actually Zero. He murdered those people, because he's insane enough. He's the first Zero who started the Nonary Game trend. Or to be more accurate, he's the 'Original Zero'.

Some years later, he hosted the second Nonary Game, because he believes that he is a God. He puts 9 innocent people in the second Nonary Game. He wanted to see if his victims can trust each other to work together to get out. The victims, however, could not trust each other and ended up blowing themselves up. Seeing that happen, Sergei fully believed that he is a God. However, such a belief like that would winds up getting himself killed.

Sergei was kidnapped by the 2nd Zero and forced to participant in the 3rd Nonary Game, where he ended up dying at the hands of one of the players. Such a tragic end, indeed... However, his ideals lives on as more Nonary Games have happened over the years. Each Zero have their reasons for why they hosted their own Nonary Game. Perhaps they looks up to 'Original Zero' as inspiration? Or is it something more, hmmm?"

"That's the story of the 'Original Zero'. Make what you will of this..." Zero says, leaving the players to wonder what the heck that was all about.

Or at least Peri tried to opens the door. The moment she puts the key into the keyhole, she lets out a yelp and pulled away from the door, leaving the key inside the keyhole.

"What's wrong, Peri?" Blaze asked.

"The door just shocked me!" Peri said, as she clenched her hand.

"Oh, how disappointing... Mama Bear got zapped by the door." Zero says.

"What did you mean by that?" One of the players asked.

"Very well, I should explain what I meant by that. Only one of you can opens the door." Zero says. "Since Mama Bear got zapped, so that means she's not the one. I wonder which one of you could be the one to open the door without getting zapped, hmmmm?"

"Wait, Virgo, the door might shock you!" Blaze shouted, but it was too late as Virgo placed her hand on the key and.....

Turned the key, unlocking the door. Wait.... Was Virgo.... the one to open this door without getting zapped?!

"Wonderful, Virgie, you're lucky that you got to open the door without getting zapped. Now, please enter the room. As for the rest of you players, please do not try to follow her into the room. Doing so can results in a penalty." Zero says.

The players looks at each other after Zero says. They decided to not risk it. Virgo entered the room, and then the door locked shortly afterward.

And that would go against your plans and you wouldn't want that, right? Yeah, thanks for the warning. Had that worked, I could've just went straight in, you know... not according to your plans, right?"

Dee tries to look calm, but is noticeably distressed by Blaze's question.

"A bank robbery. My mom and I were there and... we... saw it. Two of the security guards were shot dead, right in front of us... and with no emotion. No emotion at all. Just stone cold cruelty. While the players were waiting around.... There was a scream.... No, a death scream. It lasted a moment or two before it faded away... The players were stunned, unable to processed what have happened. Did something happened to Virgo?! Could a death happen this early in the game?! How?!

A few moments later, the door opens.... And then Virgo steps out. She doesn't seem to have been harmed. But for some reason, there was something different about her...

The door closed behind her and then became locked tight, preventing the players from going in to see what the heck happened in there.
