"Well," Zarmilla began thoughtfully. "Clive was thinking that plate could actually be the mirror, so we should probably check up on that. It wouldn't take very long either.

"As for the shoe, I'd bet that belongs to the killer. Wasn't there blood on one of the wooden beams above the balcony door? Maybe the killer stepped on something while climbing around up there and hurt themselves. It would've had to be real sharp to go straight through the shoe though...and that would mean we'd just have to check people's feet, which seems almost too easy.

The plate is brought in by the butler, per Clive's advice.

It looks completely full and gray. Gilbert frowns.

"That doesn't look like a mirror at all. It's not shiny! It looks completely scrubbed!"

To the others, it looks similar in shape to the missing mirror.

They compare the harpoon to the shoe but the hole looks a bit wider than the harpoon.

Also the puncture is a stab into the beam above the balcony, not something sharp.

Well, after thinking about it, it's hard to say yet what role the shoe or the plate would play. It's probably time to think about a new subject.

"The harpoon was apparently smaller than the knife. If that was used to cause the wound on Myles' body, penetrated him even, then we can prove it. If we check the back of his body, and the wound is smaller than the front, then that means he was harpooned. Which lends credence to the idea that the Kent got out by tying towels together, then climbing back with the harpoon."

Florsy, Zarmilla, and Cake leave. A few minutes later they come back having confirmed their theory.

The harpoon looks like it stabbed into Myles first. Zarmilla also confirms that it could have been used to make the puncture mark in the house. It's easy to imagine that somebody could have shot the harpoon gun into the side of the house and used the rope to climb up.

Gilbert rubs his neck, "Oh no someone used my prized harpoon gun to stab someone? I am so distraught over the possibility that this is the case! Maybe I'll stop keeping it in the den, but it still looks really cool, you know?"

Gilbert tears his eyes away from Cake's cleavage for a second.

"Well, I think some of the eggs were in the trash, so maybe we could have the butler help with this!"

The butler shows everyone the eggs, and it can be seen that there's enough egg yolks from all twelve eggs, they are uncooked, and there's no evidence that anybody ate any.

"Hmm, well that's not really what I expected. Maybe the eggs were used somehow. What was your theory, Detective?"

"Also did we ever learn who saw the crucifixion? Who has an alibi for that time? Who could it have been?"

"About those... weird scenes. I think it's obvious enough what most of them are, like the murder of poor Val... And then Preston, following after and then what seems to be Dante. Those all seem to line up more or less with what we know. Then, we see the crucifixion happen, and someone was... watching. It must've been someone in the woods, regardless of the killer. But it seems like they're keeping quiet, for one reason or another. We also know that Lou was really likely on the roof the whole time..."

Clive looks over to Lilith and Carmilla, but doesn't say anything, and then he turns to the rest of the group again. "On that note, the knife didn't seem to be in Myles by that point. I wonder when it was placed in him?"
