SO HERE WE GO.

The Mo LOVES this series.
It's such a brilliant Shounen manga, yet was completely overshadowed by Naruto.
I actually happen to like HxH more.

It's absolutely bizarre, since I can actually say that I do not dislike ANY of the characters in a negative fashion (as in can't stand them etc) as they are all so utterly entertaining and unique in their own ways.
The story is also compelling- and isn't just 'fightfightfight' pattern as so many Shounen manga seem to follow. I mean, sure, it has it's fair share of fighting, but it feels like it has more depth and is less shallow than most manga of it's kind.

It's often compared to Naruto, yet the 'similarities' between them are surprisingly not that similar at all when you read further into the story.

It's a huge shame about the current hiatus the artist is on... *Sigh*
This is one series that definetly deserves more love than it gets.

My favourite characters would be Kuroro, Senritsu, Gon, Killua, Kurapica and Hisoka.
Yup... That's a lot of favourites. XD

Yoshihiro Togashi is a lazy guy, even the end of Yuyu Hakusho in manga sucked because of his lazyness. Years after he started HxH well, when the greed island started he was on the top of being lazy, delivering even non-finished arts to the weekly jump (pop jump) and when some big game release was on, months without HxH. Now he just makes gory scenes to shock and get "black tags".
By now, I'm not interested on this lazy guy and his sporadical work.
