I'm not sure...I don't normally see Pearl OR Mia with a whip, but Phoenix said that she did...Although I didn't see a whip either. All I saw was a Whip FX.

Honestly, I thought he was just being whipped by Franziska and as a resut of his flinching from being whipped, he look over to Mia who just happento be giving him the icy cold stare. However, the slap idea also works.

I'm pretty sure hes not saying Mia/Pearl literally had a whip. I'm quite convinced he meant what he said like this: "No! Not you too mia!? first the pain from the whip, and now the pain from you (hitting me)."

No I got the Simpsons reference. The paraphrasing I did was to help clarify to Hedgehog what that whole comment probably meant.
