Anyway, here's the excerpt from the rules.

Yes. There's nothing against saying you have it, as Cyrus De Killer has one and mentioned it a few times without getting in trouble. So I'd say that's fine.

They're in all likelihood trying to fix typos, making a preorder bonus or something. Lost said the game was delayed for reasons he couldn't say, so I'd say there's something up.
