There is also the fact that he has to run everywhere when there is panic.... Maya is already hard to follow but if phoenix would be fat, she would be a kilometer away!! Same thing for Ema! But maybe he could have fought back against Redd White when he punched him?

Anyways, a lot of the characters in the game would probably tease Phoenix about being fat, especially Maya, Pearl and Larry(when he actually shows up). He'd likely have problems doing the Objection!point too... doesn't mean he couldn't do his job, though.
Either way, I don't think much would change, aside from the teasing(or insulting, for some people like Franny)~
