However I don't think that sort of team up will happen if it's a solo match I think Phoenix will do okay against bomber man after all he has to put up with things thrown at him daily like topees, hot coffee, humming birds and being nearly whipped to death several times by Ms. Von Karma. He must have a good reflexes by now.

Although, given how Magus usually does with the day vote, it isn't completely inconceivable that Phoenix could come back and win the match!
if, you know, you ignore how Phoenix did during the day against Gordon Freeman.

Yeah, a lot of the Pokemon in Diamond and Pearl are just...ugh. I applaud trying new type combinations, but guys, come on.
