I loved how, even though she was only around for a very short while, they gave you enough of an insight into her character to make her interesting, but not enough to make her fully fleshed out. Really made me want to learn more. I also loved how sympathetic Phoenix and Maya were to her, despite the fact she is in ur beverage, poisonin ur lawyers. Plus, gothloli in maid uniform FTW :B

Now that you mention it, I do recall feeling an incredible sense of tension when I was looking through the things at Tender Lender. Amazing how a game that uses colourful static backgrounds can build atmosphere so effectively.
