NDS recording software?

I've seen many high-quality recordings from gameplay (both the PW games and others), and I wonder, is there any software available for recording ingame on the NDS? I am aware that some people may be using emulators, but I don't think everyone is.
File transfering isn't a problem, I have an m3 simply.

There probably is a recording system, which Nintendo themselves and magazines use, but most of the real clear pics you see around here are probably from emulators.

With the exception of emulation, there is no way for a normal user to record video or images from their NDS.

I think you're getting confused, blechlvr. He needs a device to record video or images from his DS, not download roms to it.
