Meh, he's ok. I don't love him, he ain't a favourite of mine.
All the "AHA AHA AHA AHA..." was annoying after a few times.

But I do like the mouth on his hat..... It changes when his actual mouth does o.o
When Moe's angry, the 'mouth hat' is angry, when he's happy, 'mouth hat's' happy.....

I liked Moe, to a point. I couldn't take him in large doses when he's in his jokey mood, but he's cool when he's being serious. And I don't like classic Clowns very much, so I'm suprised that I like him XD

I didn't really hate him, but he's not one of my favorites. But since I am a HUGE fan of bad puns and bad jokes in general...I can't help but give his jokes a chuckle or two...even in the back of computer class. Yeah. I play case 2-3 in computer class. :D
