It's probably just me, but you seem pretty angry over this whole thing....A lot of people just seem totally furious when someone makes a theory that they find dumb on this site..I can see being a bit bothered, but I get a bit annoyed when someone is jumped with "No, you're totally wrong in every way and it's insane logic and I can prove why you're wrong!" instead of "well, I doubt that a lot, and I have some reasons why. Hear me out".....PLEASE DON'T KILL ME D:

OKAY, Okay, Phoenix wright had probably been either released or scheduled to be released by then, but I was kinda sorta, right...a little. And you also state that they were most likely working on the Gamecube around said time, 2001. This can be interpreted as somewhat correct. The gamecube WAS released IN 2001, but there's always bugs and kinks in new systems, so you never know, they could very well have been still working on post-developmental sha-bang-bang.

Actually, they were planning on the Wii while Gamecube just came out. But yeah, I agree.
And Jibo the earliest Gamecube game was in 2001. Just saying

Why would the Sonic be in Super Smash Brothers? Why does Clamp cross all it's manga and not "force" but "Highly suggest" you buy the others? Why do popular games include demos of ones that are up-and-coming on the market? Why would anything endorse anything at all?
It's a little thing called advertisement. It's a conniving process at times, yes, but we buy, don't we?

As for Cindy having a Wiimote.... I can see the resemblance. It's unlikely that was purposeful though, but it IS a nifty coincidence.
And now, because of this thread, that picture up there makes me think Larry killed Cindy with a Wiimote, then booked it.
