Seeing how it's being released in Europe, I'd say the chances of a US release are pretty high.

I'm kinda not liken the new look, the CO's talking looked sweet, but the battle animations look kinda lame :/

I love the new graphics and animations in the game. I hope they don't keep all the lame symmetrical War Room maps (which they'll no doubt do) that no one plays.

Also, I hope the new COs aren't just cheap knock-offs of the old COs.

The new style of animation looks a lot more adult, for some reason. I wonder why they decided to change it?

Anyways, I'll be getting it, regardless. I've been sticking to Advance Wars since the first one on the GBA. As for anything before that, Famicom Wars and whatnot, I haven't played those particular titles.

But, yeah. A new Advance Wars can only be a good thing.

The online mode is needed, that is what dual strike was lacking. I'm not sure if I like the new dark theme either. Then again it can't be worse than Jake shouting OWNED after hes destroyed an army.

I don't know why people obsesse over online play in AWDS2, I'm not sure how you will be able to keep the other person online long enough with disconnecting during the bigger battles.
