Technically, mine would probably be the NES with DuckHunt, but that was really my brother's NES. As far as my OWN console that wasn't my brother's, it was a Sega Genesis. Ahhh...sweet memories of teaming up with my mom to play Gunstar Heroes...or playing Road Rash all alone...

I've always shared a console with my bro, the first console I actually 100% owned was the Nintendo Wii (bought it with my own money) and with my bro the Snes.

My bro doesn't really play console games anymore so I have the consoles we own in my room ^^ So they're mine now basically.

The first Pong home console game was released in 1972. I was not born until 1981 and I was given the Pong console as a gift from my uncle at age 2 1983. I have been hooked on video games ever since.

My first console was the Nintendo Entertainment System along with Super Mario Bros. and Duck Hunt. It was a Christmas gift back in 1988 and I shared it with two older brothers.

I split the cost of a Play Station 1 with an older brother, but I can't remember what my first game for it was.

The first system I actually bought with my own money would be my DS Lite along with Animal Crossing Wild World. Took me a long time to actually pay for my own system.
