When Adrian comments on havent seeing him in 7 months and that he looks buffer (maybe its a compliment i dunno maybe i took it the wrong way) Then when you talk to Desiree about the how "dangerous being a lawyer is" she puts Phoenix in what he claims to be an "awkward situation"

Plus, I think she strangely enough treats Phoenix like a kid ("Nicky boy"), which is ironically considering Nick is 3 years her senior (but she is married so I guess she's ahead in life goals...)
Presenting Maya Nick's profile also makes her say he looks chubbier.
I think in general, it's a bit fourth-wall fun because I also honestly wondered why he looks so much chubbier in the face in his profile than from his three-quarters sprite o0
