Contradiction! SPOILERS ABOUT CASE 4

This thing has been bugging me for a really long time! If you look at the crime scene photo, you can see the glass and bottle of tomato juice. But if you look at the bottle, you can clearly see it is nearly full! If Adrian

had filled the glass, there would clearly be much less in the bottle! And she didn't use any of the bottles in the fridge, since she clearly stated in her testimony that she used the juice in THE BOTTLE ON THE TABLE! I actually managed to fail the case several times, trying to present this contradiction!

2 things:

1: That's a thin glass. Very thin. The amount gone is reasonable.

2: So what would that prove? That she brought tomato juice with her. Oh noes.

Maybe she didn't feel like tampering with the crime scene anymore and had a bottle of her own tomato juice. It doesn't prove much at all.

Perhaps the bottle is opaque? Then one wouldn't be able to tell the amount in it; it would always look full.

No she definetly used the bottle in Juan's room she said so in her testimony. And I have to agree with Think, the glass is pretty thin so it wouldn't be that much in it.

Hmmm, interesting find. I suppose I noticed that, but it never crossed my mind as being an important contradiction. I agree that, since the glass was thin, the amount of juice within is probably fairly small.

Yeah, it really bugs me that while whole cases can rely on these small details, they can also be totally overlooked by the development team.
