Anyways, my FIRST choice was the guy who plays "The Penguin" in "The Batman", but then I realized that he wouldn't sound as good to be honest... if it's an English anime series or a Japanese one, however, would greatly differ in voice quality.
Here's what it comes down to: Who can say "Zvarri" the easiest? lol.

I wasn't too fond of his looks actually. His nose was rather unattractive, the way he talked annoyed me, his overall appearance didn't quite capture me.

While playing the game, I've tried to imagine the comedian Rowan Atkinson aka Mr. Bean voicing him, hehe. With the British accent and all XD

Rowan only needs to alter his voice to more melodic yet rough, and then he has the voice I imagine Atmey speaks with while playing the game.

I knew it was her bias! She's a Wuist, says he was the best Sun Jian the Wuists ever had, the like... Personally, I haven't heard enough of him to say if he could pull it off or not.
...And I've yet to hear enough of anyone else, either. D: I need to listen to more voice actors! I can't think of anyone who would make a good Ace Detective.
...Except, Rowan Atkinson! XD! Oh, Lord, for the rest of my life I'm going to have an image of Atmey singing "It's a Small World" and "I've Got a Lovely Bunch of Coconuts" imbedded in my mind. That would be simply epic.
It's fine to express your opinion in here; we won't maul you or anything, aha ha ha. Really, I suppose whether or not you can like Luke stems from a lot of sources... Personally, I've been gifted (or cursed?) with a bit of a fetish for the gentleman type, and his circumlocution makes me absolutely giddy. Along with that, I've always had a soft spot for characters who seem to get the short end of the stick, one way or another. (That long nose of his is supposed to indicate that he praises himself constantly, because he actually doesn't have any loved ones or friends.)
So, that's why I like him, I suppose.
I've actually seen a guy in real life with hair like that. O_O It's not impossible! It looks like most of it's shaved, but that one part is left long and dyed.
