The year's almost over, and we need a solid game plan.
We also need a revised script and people who know the SL-9/PW1-5 characters like the back of their hand. We have to completely understand what makes Gant and the people around him tick.
So far, he's been portrayed as "a happy-go-lucky crooked cop", as well as a "good-natured rogue of the law" who will do what must be done to save the day...and get a little payoff on the side;).
The more we know about him, the more we can use against Haggar.
I mean, this guy hasn't evolve much since FF1, has he?
And, what became of his daughter, anyway? Even Wikipedia doesn't have a clue, and that's kinda like a rumor mill for knowledge!
Let's not forget the rest of the cast from the series. Do you REALLY want the country to be run by this a guy that associates himself with such a rag-tag group of ruffians?

Yeah, propaganda is a must. I posted something like that a page back. The smear ads just focus on "don't vote for Haggar because of [this]," and pro-Gant propaganda would be more like "vote for Gant because of [that]." People need reasons to vote for Gant, not reasons to ignore Haggar. Because if they just ignore Haggar, they have the option of voting for candidates other than Gant, and we can't have that.
My suggestions are kinda crap, but I think propaganda of some sort is at least a good idea.

............ Well, it's a little late to say this, but it's 2008.
As clever, unique, and hillarious these suggestions are, has anyone (or have we) came up with something solid to promote Gant's campaign?
Last time I checked, the deadline was fast approaching. While he may have a lot going against him, Haggar is off to a decent start.
Another small tidbit of "Haggar fodder": The USA cartoon "Street Fighter" featured an episode with the major characters from "Final Fight".....any chance we could find something useful here?

Some of my suggestions for the script are:
***Have more Gant "silences" [when he does the elipses] and more hand clapping
***More/better jokes with the cabinet members
***I think we should take out the hobohodo refrence as people from outside CR won't get it. A lot of my PW friends didn't even get it untill I explained it
Also, I know a lot of people (by a lot I mean 2... I think) have asked this already, but when is the deadline? Also, is there a link to where I can get more info on this? If I go to Capcom'c website will it be easy enough to find?
And is anyone working on anything for this right now? What kind of stuff do we NEED to get done? We need to start getting people assigned to different tasks...
At least thats what I think we should do. But maybe I need more info? I'm going to go look some stuff up on this whole election thing...

Now with this one we can get silly. If you're Gant who're you going to apply for the various open positions? These should be really really really questionable. Make the reader wonder where their 'nation' is headed with all these questionable applicants.

Not only would Godot's Java initiative to "Wake Up America" (as it's been put) help people get up and active, I expect him and Gant to get along quite well and complement one another, a must for any ticket.
Secretary of State: Dahlia Hawthorne; Now bear with me here. For Secretary of State, you need someone smart, charismatic, and tough to serve as the country's chief diplomat. Now, I don't know about the rest of you, but Dahlia literally got away with murder once, according to plan, and was able to keep up a couple different ruses going over years. I'd say she fits the bill.
Secretary of the Treasury: Redd White; For obvious reasons. Seriously, any man that can extort lawyers with ease NEEDS to be handling the budget.
