Diego is not an uncommon name tbh, and I seriously doubt Capcom would want to connect a drug-addicted, womanising criminal to a character in their game. Besides, your connections are tenuous at best.
I don't see how handball could be related to murder at all? Robbery perhaps (WE WAS ROBBED) but murder??
