But what would have happen if the developers would have gone with the idea of letting him smoke? How would it have changed the game? Would he have wrapped his own cigarrettes and used his own ingredients? Discuss and use spoiler tags when necessary.
All I know for sure is that he would not have become my favourite character of all time.

What you have said made me realise how perfect the Godot theme would be for those sections. And of course some really hypnotic and psycedelic song could do fine too.

You know, I can actually picture Godot saying that and getting away with in court by pulling a fast one over the judge as usual.
Honestly, I prefer Coffee!Godot over Stoner!Godot since it really just works better for Godot's character as we know him now. If they did make him a Stoner, only the potheads and a few others would end up liking him and maybe even cause him to be hated by most PW players.

Kools are what I smoke mostly, and I do think Godot would be more of a menthol guy too. Kool cigarettes even have had advertisements that are jazz-related, and for some reason, menthols are somewhat associated with jazz. I think his theme music would stay the same.

Anyway, If Godot smoked he would get Lung Cancer and die anyways so smoking wouldn't help him much........oh, and if I'm not mistaken court has a 'No Smoking' policy.

Yes, I am aware of that it's just a sketch. But as you can see, the link I gave you shows TWO sketches of Godot smoking. So it definately goes without saying they were thinking of making him smoke.

Don't get me wrong, I don't smoke and I'm not pro-smoking. The thing is that Capcom was planning to make him smoke, as you can see from the sketches, but didn't decide to use that sketch for the final version. This thread is a "fun topic" about what it would have changed in the game if the developers would have decided to make him smoke cigarrettes.

Yes, it's not the same thing. If I have asked that, then this topic would not have been about Godot smoking. Then people would have said what they would have preferred, which all has been discussed in another topic made just to ask people what sketch pic they would have preferred for different characters.
