I can't believe no one's done this topic before O_O
So... thoughts about KatDam and it's sequels?

My sister... she got all the cousins in We Love Katamari... and now she's playing the bonus levels... :lana:

Yeah, it's oddly addicting... I think I'm going to wait on Beautiful Katamari until I can find someone I know who's played it... see what they think and all that. If it's worth it, I'll buy it.

From what I've seen it's basically identical to the other games in the series, which is why it's been criticised a tad by critics. :S

Well, if it has some new levels, I'll be happy. It's for the Wii and XBox, right? Or did they make it for the PS2 as well?

Only the 360 at present, rumour mill has been spouting off about a Wii version for quite some time now, but there's nothing definite as of yet.

Being able to roll a katamari with a Wiimote would be fun, but so much trouble to program that I'm not surprised they haven't commited to it...

It was originally going to be PS3 exclusive, but due to poor hardware(and software) sales, combined with the fact that the PS3 is very expensive to develop for... they decided to make it for the 360 instead.

One of my all time favorite series. The creator is awesome too. Haven't played "We Love Katamari" yet, but I know that people like it, so I'll pick it up soon.
Sucks for PS3 owners though, you think they would have developed something Katamari since it all started on there system.
But at least PS3 has that new game the creator is developing, can't think of the name atm.

I never got to play damacy since there was no UK release.... :sadshoe:

But We Love Katamari came out over here, it became an immediate favorite.

Katamari is freaking awesome. I liked doing the constellation levels in the first game.

I remember rumors for a DS version...were those true?

I don't think I heard those... they did 'Me and My Katamari' for the PSP, so a DS game isn't unthinkable, I guess...
