That was back in the days when people moaned less and Europe had much less sales. As I said before, most games now come here 2-4 months later than in the US, if it's from Nintendo.

So I say May. Any later, and people will be throwing chairs. Seriously, it won't be any later than Q2.

The problem is that we don't know that. Whatever the case, Metroid and Super Paper Mario STILL took ages to get here, and that's not justa case of translation - they can do that simultaneously with the Japanese -> English translation. Someone on Kotaku pointed out that all games need to be recalibrated for PAL TV settings, and for a graphic and speed intense fighting have that can take a while.

I'm not defending Nintendo here - there's better planning than this. Let's hope for the best.

2-3 months postponing is actually not that terribly bad. I mean, EBA and trauma Center were 6-7 months to get to Europe.

But yeah, I get sick of tired of long wait times after US, too. Worst of it is being spoiled because 'the game has been out for a month already, so you should know everything by now'.

Also, I've heard an interesting rumour that some character list has gotten leaked. interestingly it contained Mega Man, but the chances of it being fake are pretty high. Has anyone heard of it?

Yeah, saw it. Until December 15th, every character list can be considered fake.

I personally believe it'll be the starting roster by that date. There's no way they'll give out te entire roster by then, since it'll spoil too many people. It'd still be around 2 months until the game would be released.

It's a fighting game, not an RPG. Getting SSE spoilers would possibly be bad, but just knowing the characters sure isn't.
Also, do note that CoroCoro gave a full list of all new Pokémon for D/P a while ago, long before the game was released.

True... but as you said, until December 15th, all lists are fraudulant, so it's not like anyone pre-releasing a list, other than a member of Nintendo, would be believed.

2 names seem to keep popping up in all character lists: Mega Man, and... Geno.

Meh, I stopped reading them after Sora was confirmed as not being in it, and that a possibility of Ridley as a playable character started appearing.

Then I was like ".... yeah...... get a character 10 times the soze of Bowser, and put him in the game as PLAYABLE.... yeah...."

True... but do you think they could make RIDLEY as big as Bowser? I mean, he even has wings, and in the SNES games, he's NEVER land on the ground.

I'd like to see him as an ASSIST Trophy though!

Also, Update isn't that good, Bonsly the Pokemon as a chuckable pokemon.

You throw it, it doesn't go far, but if it hits the opponent, they can go flying, even under 50% health damage. It also can NOT be reflected. A pokemon that I can see, more people throw off the side of the level, than at their opponent. You have to be pretty close, from what I see... at least 2-3 Bowser-sized spaces away, to land a hit.

About Ridley;
I'd prefer him as a boss. Sure, you can resize him, but that'd just make him an average-sized thin dragon. Which doesn't really express all of his qualities. He has more worth as a boss.

Bonsly. Like Bonsai and Sly. This looks like an awesome Pokemon! People always fear me on Melee with the Home-Run Bat and this is pretty similar. So, yay!

i actually thought this was a cool pokemon. instead of others, where they do things for the character that threw the ball, it creates a weapon that anyone can use. it could chenge the tide of the the battle..

Today's update is rotation mode, which can be put simply as the lazy man's way to keep track of who gets to play next. It has different settings, such as winner/loser swaps out, and keeps track of up to sixteen players and their controller configuration.

Not much more than that, though this seems to be the first update without any actual characters in it whatsoever.

Ok, I will admit this is not the most exciting update but I still think it's a good idea. At the very least, it really shows that they are pushing the fairness in the mulitplayer modes. And I would rather not have to reenter the controls ever time someone swap controllers.

No... no matter what Nintendo says about how it would be needed, it's just... not.

Edit: An Ice Climbers song has been added, as well as information for the options screen (because there's toooootally nothing else we'd want now!)

First, it shows the Main Menu, but today, they show the Options content.

- You can edit the contrast, sharpness, color, etc., of the game's screen.

- You can Switch the rumble finction on and off, for Gamecube controllers and Wii remotes, separately.

- You can adjust the sound of the game, at the sound options menu.

- The "Sound Test", an unlockable in Melee that allowed you to hear in game (and some, not in game) tracks... is unlocked already as soon as you start! There are also categories now for each track, so all Mario titles in one category, etc.

- Data erasing is, of course, also one of the options.

- Widescreen/Fullscreen, Controls, and the "My Music" functions are all stored here as well.

You mean the 15th? I imagine that Coro Coro Magazine and the DOJO!! aren't tied together, so Coro Coro might reveal some characters we haven't seen here yet, while those characters are slowly updated until the Japanese release.
