Of course the original Cornered is always going to be the classic, defining music of the series, but I feel that PW3's Cornered is just the most...epic...of the three. Throw in the Examinations and Announce the Truth, and I think it's safe to say that this game has the best courtroom music out of the bunch.

I love 2004's track as well. I just wish they would have DSified it a bit more like with the first game to make it sound more awesome.

I loved the 2004 Cornered I loved how it starts, but I think 2002's announce the truth should've been used for this game, I have no idea why.

Many tracks from previous Gyakuten Saiban releases were placed in GS3.
Phoenix has that same cheesy arrival melody for his ringtone.
Psycholock theme hasn't changed(until GS4 anyway)
I haven't played in a while but I believe the Gyakuten Sisters theme was put in there too.
GS2's Reminiscence theme plays during Adrian's confession.
There's tons of leftovers. Still, I wouldn't have changed a thing.

GS4's is just a slightly remixed version of Cornered 2001, which is still #1 in my book. 2004 comes close, though.

T&T does have the best Examination and Trial music.

Sorry, but I like Announce The Truth 2004 better than 2002. It just has that sort of... well, I don't know how to explain it. It was too out there in PW2. Hell, most of the themes seemed out there in PW2... but I did like a few of the themes. PW2's music is my least favorite, though.

I actually took the Special Blend MP3 found on Final Turnabout, and cut out everything but the electric guitar Cornered 2004. :D So now I have that. I once uploaded it to Rapidshare too... but I think the link is dead now.

I don't know why Final Turnabout doesn't have the OST yet. I found it on FFShrine forums (I even gave directions to it in the Prosecutor's Lobby, go there to find it.) Maybe they can't use the OST and they just record everything?

Apparently the webmaster just hasn't updated the site in a while; the T&T tracks are still GBA quality and Red Priest said he sent the DS quality rips.

I almost change my mind about Cornered '04 after hearing the Special Blend version, but there's still the MTS remix of the original... :yuusaku:

gs3 cornered was too quiet and not in "in your face" enough.
Jfa's was loud, and AA's was inyour face. i personally love the song, but the ds version of the track wasn't all that it could have been, althought the remix of the track is the greatest PW song ever.

But seriously, GS4's sounds like a huge remix of GS1's if you listen to it closely. Though its beat is pretty much on its own as well. I stand by my reasoning, but everyone has their favorites. (Like some apparently think GS2 has the best music. >.>)

Well, GS2 DOES have some of the best tracks in the series (Objection 2002, Search ~ Core 2002, de Killer's theme).

After listening to all the GBA quality Cornered themes, then listening to two very awesome, ridiculously ramped-up versions of Cornered 2001 and Cornered 2002, I'm displeased to say that Cornered 2004 just doesn't cut it for me. The first one will always be my favorite because it totally blew me out of my shoes everytime I heard back when I first played the game. I was hesitant to accept JFA's soundtrack after realizing that it was completely different from the first, but Cornered 2002 kicked it and I was exhilarated (sp?) all over again.

Come 2004, I was expecting it to at least try and equal the level of awesome that was the electric guitar remixed version. First time I heard it, it just...didn't do it for me. Probably because I spoiled myself on the remixed version but this Cornered theme sounded too much like the GBA version. It's a decent track but I was so underwhelmed after hearing it that I was reluctant to play the game. Nowadays, I find myself in the mood to listen to it but I still can't say that I prefer it over the superior DSified 2001/2002 tracks.

I rank them like this:

2001 = 2002 > 2007 > 2004
