To elaborate on this, it's a feature that's limited solely to the courtroom. It acts as an Extra Sensory Perception (ESP) system. It's a higher sense of focus that allows you to tell when someone is hiding something by finding their "twitchy" spot.

Either way, he'd better have some darn good evidence if he doesn't want to look like a fool for yelling at the witness just because they twitched or something (which we all know he will have darn good evidence anyway because that's how the games work)... XD But "RIGHT THERE!" would be weird because I imagine everyone else going "O_o What's right where?" and thinking he's insane. "GOTCHA!" makes sense, as far as I understand, because you're catching them on something and it's easier for everyone else to figure that out and not think Apollo's insane.
