"No trouble at all. My...errand is on the other side of town too." Blake reassured her while at the same time thinking he needed to come up with a better word than 'errand'. "Besides, from the shrill of that summons, I'll bet getting there fast is the best course of action." He smiled and pulled his keys from his coat pocket. The keyring was a bit cluttered, and it looked as if there were more trinkets and baubles on it than actual keys to things. Some of them were pharmacy or grocery store discount cards, but most were from various tv shows, Samurai of Izanami included. There was one that seemed to stand out a bit more than the others. This was probably because it was a rather large and glittery red heart with faded golden trim.

[OOC: At this point I would imagine Edan would join us. That way he's not left out in the cold while we scene switch.]

It seemed his lips didn't quite know what to do with themselves when he couldn't put the mouth of a bottle between them. "I'm going to get a pop from the machine before we go. Anyone want anything?"

Edan rolled his eyes. That was the exact same expression he'd been treated to when Linali had found her packet of Malteasers in his hand, empty. "Come on, pois. You can go to practice and then our blonde Fraulein here can take us out to un petit restaurant for dinner, yeah?" Edan, pleased to see Linali snigger at his "misinterpretation" of the word "Fraulein", walked out onto the street and sat down upon the cold stone steps outside, stretching out as much as he could to make it as much bother as possible for someone to enter or exit the courthouse.

Linali giggled behind her hand and pattered after Edan, feeling guilty for laughing, but did it despite herself. She nearly tripped over her brother by mistake, but stabled herself just in time, wobbling. She ignored her phone as it started ringing again, and carefully stepped over him, hair swinging.

The pop clanked to the bottom of the machine, and Blake was drinking it within seconds of retrieving it. He stepped out of the courthouse and stopped just short of Edan.
"So where is this manager of yours?" He asked Lin while pulling his hat down some to block the sun from his eyes. He lifted a foot and positioned it just above where Edan was stretched. Then with the balance of an acrobat stayed perfectly still in that position until he was willing to move out of the way.

Edan didn't actually notice Linali tugging at him until she talked. "Well...if you buy me a Subway sandwich, I'd move. I mean it's not as if I scarfed one down on the way," he mumbled, staying as far as he could away from Linali's nose, in case she might notice the heavy bang of pepperoni and bacon off his breath.

"Viridian." Blake said once just to feel it flick off his tongue. "Colorful name." He glanced down to Edan as if he was just now noticing a human there and set his foot down next to the other. "What, are you laying there because you're weak with hunger? I thought Mr. Gavin was going to take you to eat later anyway?" Blake jumped off the steps from the side and landed softly in the grass.
Whether or not he was being followed he made his way into the parking lot, then stopped at an old blue buick. He opened the door to the passenger side for Lin, but didn't wait for her to sit before walking over to the drivers and getting in. He swished some food wrappers onto the floor so she could sit down.

Linali fumed, releasing his arm and she ran gracefully into the parking lot. She popped her head first through the passenger's door of the Buick, looking around in interest, before sliding in. Closing the door, she gazed out of the window hopefully for a sign of Edan, whilst speaking to Blake.
"Are you sure that this isn't any trouble?"

"Pretty sure." Blake cranked the car and immediately turned down the music that started to blare out of the stereo. He pulled down his visor to reveal several CD sleeves. He jerked the sleeves off and handed them to Lin. "Pick whatever you like." He smiled at her before adjusting his overhead mirror.

"Well the one that's in there is one Mr. Gavin gave to me. I figured you'd be sick of hearing it by now." Blake hit his dashboard a few times to make the heat kick in. "And I guess we can grab some food on the way over." He had a variety of selections in the sleeves. A lot of them were labeled in japanese with the english translation scribbled under the kanji in sharpie. The rest were soundtracks to TV shows and classical compositions from people you wouldn't have heard of unless you played a lot of video games and paid attention to the credits at the end.

The CD that was put in was one he hadn't heard in a while. After a thumping guitar beat the words "Hirogaru yami no naka Kawashiatta Kakumei no chigiri." rushed from the speakers. He blinked a the man on the motorcycle behind them and even turned for a moment to get a better look, but he had already pulled into the front parking lot. "So what do you want, Ms. Blake's friend?"

"Welcome to McDonalds, can I take your order?" The woman asked through the static of her equipment. Blake leaned out of his window so she could hear him more clearly.
"One Chicken Legend!" He ordered just as the wind whipped up and tossed the hat from his head. "Fu-uhhh." He stopped himself from swearing if only for the ladies sake, however some sort of expletive needed to come out. "CURSES!" Unfortunatly it sounded very silly. His hat was jerked about in the wind and even hit the back of his buick once before rushing behind them.

Apollo was tucked away neatly in a corner of McDonalds, tucking into a McChicken Sandwich. He didn't eat greasy food (or at least, food THIS greasy) in case it clogged the arteries of his PASSIONATE HEART BURNING RED.

"It's alright, little miss. I can always buy another one." It had been hard to tell with the hat on, but Blake had very silky almost curly golden blond hair. It had been rustled by the wind some so it was a little extra fluffy, but he ran his fingers through it to smooth it down. "Persistent one, this Viridian." Blake chuckled and he pulled up to get the food.

Apollo jumped a good foot in the air when Klavier plonked down in front of him, and stared blankly for a second. Before he could stop himself, he blurted out with a mouthful of chicken;

((Sorry about this guys, long post is looooooooong. XD))

Apollo continued staring, forehead wrinkling slightly with the ‘Big Brow’ comment, even though he should have been used to it by now. Mad as ever I see… He was almost relieved to see that the rock star prosecutor hadn’t let the recent events affect his usual happy go lucky (and vain) attitude, and shifted guiltily in his seat.
“… Well, uhh… Just having time out, I guess… You?”
He picked up a chip and stuck it in his mouth, nibbling at the end.

“Hell~o?” Linali spoke in a singsong voice, listening intently to the awful noise emitting from the speaker of her mobile. She was about to give up, until a crackly voice came through. “L-Lin?”
“Ah, hello Marm, listen, I’m just about to-”
“Linali…” At the sound of her full name being called, the young woman fell silent at once. Viridian didn’t sound right. She wasn’t sure whether it was just the static, but something was bothering her about the tone of her Manager’s voice. It wasn’t strong, but thin and reedy… Weak, as if she were straining to get the words out. Was this really Viridian at all? A terrible sinking feeling settled in the pit of Linali’s stomach, and her grip upon the phone turned to iron, knuckles white.
“… Marm… What’s wrong.” It was more of a statement than a question.
“Linali, I…” Static. “Oh God they’re c…” Static. “Call…” Static. Linali’s alarm increased at the terror clearly present in her voice, and she was sure her grip couldn’t possibly get any tighter at that point.
“… Linali, I’m sorry…” Scratch that. It could. Linali’s gloved fingers dug into the plastic as Viridian’s voice drifted into a distorted whimper, the apology being repeated over, and over, and over… Then, the laughter came. Just like all the others. Linali slowly lowered her hand, still as a marble statue. She was calm up till that point- but then her emotions did a 180 turn, and after her initial shock, she did what any normal person would do. Panic. Gripping frantically at the passenger door handle, she tried frantically to get it open- but her hand was shaking so much, she couldn’t even do that.
“NOT AGAIN! NOT AGAIN! LEAVE ME ALONE!” She screamed, holding the phone away from her face, and the person in the car behind them looked up in surprise at the sound of her incoherent yelling. They probably thought she was being kidnapped or something equally sinister.

Blake had to turn on the child locks to keep his passenger from leaping into the street when she suddenly decided to claw at the door while he was pulling out with the food. He tossed it behind himself without even looking at Edan. It was hard to even look at the road with Lin freaking out next to him.
"W-what is it?!" His voice squeaked and his hands gripped the steering wheel so tightly his knuckles turned white.
The sudden display of nerves didn't last very long as his expression darkened. "Calm down. You'll hurt yourself." His tone was so cold the temperature in the car dropped a degree. He pulled off onto the side of the road and yanked the phone from her hand. "Who is this?" He demanded of the person on the other line.
