I guess if you want something done right, do it yourself.
That adage still stands true. I find this mildly depressing.

The very last thing in case 5.
It is shown immediately after Ema gets on the train to go to Europe.
It is found inside "Scientific Investigation". The book given to Ema, by Lana, at the end of the game.

The thing Ema says when the picture is presented is also rather sweet. It brought a tear or two to my eyes.
Then again, I'm very close to my sister. That might have to do with it.

Thanks to Croik as well, although those images are smaller.
It also seems the latter is discolored a little. A tad more on the sepia side compared to the picture I took. Is there a reason for this?
