But on a serious answer, music all the way. I usually try to avoid the angry music, so I hit it up with some jazz. Or a soft soundtrack from a game. Lately it's been Hotel Dusk music, the PW Orchestra/Jazz CDs, and other various calmings. FFX has a good set.

Nowadays, I try to ignore my anger and I try focusing on something else. And I'd tell my friends what's pissing me off. It helps usually. But most of the time if I'm at home I go on the internet and search something funny that will take my mind off of it. I really can't recall what I do, because I rarely truly get angry nowadays.
