(( Quick Setting: Melody's Missouri house. She is moving back to live with Edgeworth because they are engaged, (again) and so she obviously has to move her stuff out of this house to Miles's. This is after New Year's and it's early morning, there is snow and Ice on the ground, too. Everything else will fall into place hopefully...))

Melody yawned and pulled the cover over her head. "It's too early." Seven years ago she would have killed herself for being so lazy, but her recent brush with death had cured that. "I Need sleep. Stupid sun. The... SUN!?" She prctically fell out of her bed. Grabbing her phone she looked at the time. "10:15!? Everybody's going to be here soon! This is Unexcusable!!" She Pulled the sheets off of her bed. "Ugh. My hair is a mess. Like Sex Hair." Trowing the sheets into a corner, she ran off to find a brush.

"AAAAGH!!! Where are my Jeans!? I had an outfit picked out! And my badge and my...TEA!?" She hadn't been this stressed since her office burnt down two weeks earlier. "Where Art Thou TEA!?" The clock on the kitchen wall read 10:20 "I'm Gonna die! I should have let Miles stay here. He probably knows which box has my tea bags, which would be better than NO TEA!"

After Tripping over a box, ("(Surprised it didn't happen earlier.)" She thought.) Mel debated about calling Miles or one of the other people on their way to get her some tea. She wouldn't make it back to Miles's house without some. "Nah. It's okay. Accidents increase by nearly 25% when on a phone. I'll send somebody to get some later." And she set about looking for where Phoenix Ash had hidden her all-important badge the night before.

"AGH!" Bouncing up Ash hit her head on the shelf she had been looking on. "OWOWOWOWOWOW! Dang it! Where the..." She looked out the window. Her badge was on the window ledge. "Damn" The doorbell rang again. "I'm coming!" She picked up her badge and attatched it to her night shirt, the actual shirt she was going to wear was somewhere else. "I'm Warning you I look like the bride of Frankenstein." She said as she opened up the door.
