While playing the case i noticed the weirdest thing on the clock on the picture. (Of Mask DeMasque)
The clock clearly showed the hour 00:58 and by the number, AM.
So... WHY THE HELL IS THERE AM ON A 24H CLOCK?!

... are we sure it's a 24 hour clock? We know that the time this occured at was at 12:58 AM so....

The pic said 00:58, there is no 00:XY in a 12H clock.

He's saying that the timestamp on the photo is strange because it is in twenty-four hour time, which doesn't use a.m. and p.m. notation, yet "A.M." is clearly printed next to the "00:58" in the photo.

It's just an oversight, I suppose, and probably a fairly common mistake for those not used to twenty-four hour time. It's like how you hear people here in my sucky little home state of Alabama are always saying things like "Where did you put that camera down at?" There's no need for the "at," but people say it anyways.

If you check a normal digital clock, does it ever read 0 o'clock? (You had no idea how much trouble I had typing 0 o'clock...) The notation 00:## is only used with military time and means in essence 12:58 AM. The original poster is saying that the AM in 00:58AM is redundant as you already know it's just past midnight with the 00.

Yeah that's what i meant, but 24h clock isn't used in the military only.
I.E. Where i live we use 24h clock.

I thought that the military wouldn't even use "o'clock" but that's just me... I thought it was "_____ hours".
