Also, every piece of evidence is used at least once? How often is Phoenix's Badge used in each game?

Rated PG-13, coming soon to theatres everywhere

I remember you use it to ask Maya to be her lawyer. I guess it's always there, because if it wasn't, and it suddenly appeared, it'd be obvious that you'd need to use it...

I mean to present it as a piece of evidence... For one thing, in the cases when you ask, don't you just say "I'm going to defend you" or something? I mean, for example, the Magatama is used as evidence as well, in 3-3. I mean, is the badge used like that?

You present it to Edgeworth in 1-4, so that you ask him to let you be his lawyer.

Ah yes. I forgot 'bout that... sorry, eh?

Lets see... I guess another idea is Mia's profile... You don't present it a whole lot... wait, do you present it at all? I forget...

Oh yeah! to show "motive".

I know that Pearl is presented a LOT in court and out of court. In fact, her profile is the "final evidence" in 2 cases... I think.

Edit: The map of the hotel in 2-4 is NEVER used. Not as evidence, nor does Gumshoe bring it up to describe anything, nor does The Judge use it.
