Ive had this character in mind for a while now, and I only got to use him a few times.
His name Runis Mcdowley, hes an Ace detective with a somewhat serious personaltiy. He can be cool at times, or a tad goofy like this guy we all know and love
Runis has blood red hair that reaches his shoulders, hes about5.8inches tall, and has 2 gold earings on his left ear, and has a very strange tattoo on his right shoulder(not sure what its gonna look like) and he rides a motorcycle....really fast. He is under orders of Lana skye.
Thats Runis in a nutshell.
If anybody would like to make a sprite of Runis please do, I would really appreitiate it(can't spell that word
) Anybody is welcomed to join, just don't turn this into a total stupid mess.
Oh and im looking for a partner, male or female, if have character message me, and i'll look at it.
Ok thats enough rambling lets get this thing started!
Runis was stitting on his office, throwing pencils at the ceilling, trying to find something better to do then boring paper work. "Why does she do this to me?
Their's so much much paper here!" Just when he was going to pick up his pen, he heard a knock on the door.

Frank is a stylish 25 year old Prosecutor. He dresses well, wears four different rings and has a habit of teasing. His red hair is long but well styled.

Runis gestures to the papers on his desk. They are rather thick and quite boring. "Lana has a habit of dumping all the boring paper work on me, and somehow manages to get me to do it."

Runis and Frank arrive at the scene of the crime, first thing that Runis notices is the frilly style of the place.
