I've seen it somewhere on the forum. Someone probably knows more specifically what that is.
That was in case 2-2, and was literally only in the Japanese version- as in, the Japanese language version. They removed it in the English translation.

In JP version in "Recipe for turnabout", Maya called the CD "Mc Hummer" instead of "Mc Screwdriver" (reference to Mc Hammer?).
In USA version in "Bridge to the turnabout", in Maya's final testimony, a new line is added. In her first statement, she said "Just when it occured, I think I saw some red lights. Three of them.". In the JP version, that "Three of them" was not present. [The statement may not be 100% right to what she says, but you get the point].
