Luke was paying Ron for the objects he stole... Someone care to explain? And how did he get the money? Was it all a long-term plan just because of the blackmail he received from Bullard?

Luke was paying Ron for the treasures, because this way, Ron has more of a reason to keep stealing these things. If Ron wasn't making money, he would've quit, but he was being paid to continue to steal. Luke then takes the treasures, and sells them on the black market, for large sums of money. He pays Ron some of the amount, and thus, the cycle continues...

That was basically it. Ron followed the instructions and left the stolen items where Luke could easily retrieve them. Luke collects a finder's fee or reward from Mask's victims, and splits that between himself and Ron to keep Ron quiet.

Bullard only suspected/blackmailed Atmey for the last heist, that is, Case 3-2. Either fork over a lot of his hard-earned dirty money or the diamond ring... and Atmey chose the third option.

Well not really "Where he could retrieve them", I mean, it's not like it was a designated spot or anything... I think it was a "Safety Deposit Box"...

Also, it never said what the weapon was in that case... Gumshoe said "Probably an object in this room", but I STILL think Atmey used the Shichishito...

Iunno, to me it kinda looked like he was strangled with his tie. o_0 *shrug* Though I don't pay all that much attention, I just play that case to see Ron and Luke >__>;

I don't get why people think it was the Shichishito. Why would Luke carry such a large, cumbersome, and incriminating object around with him? It would be difficult to conceal such a weapon. The Shichishito was obviously bent not in an actual attack, but to help set up Luke's alibi.

This is one of the holes in 3-2... the murder weapon that caused the blunt force trauma is missing. I already know a certain Luke fangirl who's picking up on this detail in her fanfic...

Well, I think it would be something else... BUT there is a slim probability that he indeed used the Shichishito, unless the hit caused a loss of blood, which would make it obviously not the right weapon since there was no blood on it as far as I can remember.

Oh yeah, was that folder containing the treausres and low numbers next to them in Bullard's office the amount Luke was paying Ron for them? It doesn't really explain it well in the game.
