It is the year 2025,and an alien race called the Zygote's have invaded earth.We have successfully stolen their mech technology to counter attack them,and the earth needs pilots.Are you up for it?

Mech weapons:A high-tech knight sword that pops out of it's arm,and machine guns in the palm of it's hand.Has a hidden cannon called "the Big G.U.N.S.".
Other:Max used to be rich,but he abandoned that life-style for adventure.So he joined the battle against the Zygote's.

Looks: has slicked back white hair, wears a blue racing jacket, similar to Matt Engrades, and black pants.
Personality: Cold, unfriendly, and very cocky.
Mech Name: Alcurd
Mech looks: This mech opperates on all fours, is painted blood red, and its arms are about 5 feet longer than its arms. Also has 2 smaller arms on its abdomin.
Mech weapon(s): Retractable spiked are mounted on its arms and has a cannon mounted on its back dubbed the B.F.G.
Other: Durge has very had any real friends, And never tried to make any.
((I'll give this RP a try because it looks interesting, I'll forgive you for Godmodding just remember don't do it again.

Name: Lance Beauregard
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Looks: Close, cropped, blonde hair with a slight curl. Navy blue buttondown shirt, pinstriped black pants, a black belt, and Italian leather shoes. Always likes to keep clean and prim.
Personality: Lance is generally carefree toward the cause--he is a bounty hunter, and will usually only fight if money is talking. Lance will, however, fight to the death for a close enough friend, but that hasn't happened often. He fights for friends, or money. Usually money. Otherwise, Lance is very amiable. He likes to laugh, talk, eat, and go to extravagant country club dance parties just like everyone else.
Mech Name: Lens Flare
Mech looks: Lens Flare is a slender, humanoid mech known for its quickness. It is green with silver lining on edges. Its "Sharpshooter" (see below) is located on its back, like a standard longbow, much like his swords, very closely resembling daggers, and strapped to its waist.
Mech weapon(s): Its primary usefulness is sniping. Lens Flare's optic capabilities make it possible to render close-ups from hundreds, even thousands of yards away, weather conditions permitting. He snipes with his trademark "Sharpshooter", an energy harnesser made to look like a standard drawstring longbow. The "arrows" are actually bolts of energy which can be attuned to one of three elements (fire, ice, or lightning) that all serve different purposes.
When the battle is brought up front, Lens Flare must attack with two energy sabers. The sabers are short, don't do as much damage as the bow, but are extremely quick. The obvious flaw of the mech, however, is that it's only useful at extremely long ranges or extremely close ranges, not really anywhere in between.
Other: Lance doesn't enjoy too much seriousness. He may be a bounty hunter, but the "strong and silent" personality type doesn't become him. He may not care much about anything outside of his line of work, but that doesn't make him heartless or unfeeling.

))It was a quarter to midnight,and Max was sleeping in his room at the Earth base.Just then,a sharp alarm sounded.There was a loud voice echoeing through the hallways saying "Zygote attacking!Man your mechs!"

He put the communicator away and laced up his shoes. A stray lace can trip you at the most inopportune moments.

"Engage!" he shouted into the mic as the metal constraints on the mech released and he was propelled into the sky. Because he took his time getting to his mech, many of the other fighters had already entered the fray, but that didn't matter to Lance.
"Alright. Hang back. We'll let them do the damage, but I want the finishing blow," he told Lens Flare as he readied an energy bolt. He zoomed in on his target. He waited for the perfect shot.

But why so soon? He dashed toward the fray, putting away his Sharpshooter and brandishing his energy swords. He found a lone Zygote mech, recovering from a previous scuffle, perhaps, and plunged the sword right through the mech's chest. He didn't forget to give it a twist.

"All pilots report to the Briefing Room!"
"Ugh, what do they want?" Lance muttered to himself. In truth, he wasn't even a registered pilot for this base, just a freelance bounty hunter. He heard the alert again. "Yeah, yeah, I'll go!"
He decided to give it five minutes, and if it wasn't interesting, he would leave, cash in on his kill, and find another base to hang around for a while. Before he knew it, he was at the Briefing Room. He opened the door, took a seat, and kept quiet for a while to gauge the situation.

The pilots filed out of the briefing room,excited.Not much has happened lately and some of them were ready for action.Especially Max......

Lance left the room pensive about the assignment. There's no way the commander would pick a freelance pilot for such a tasking assignment. He had many questions about it as well. The commander had been decidedly vague about the whole assignment, and Lance had no idea as to what the assignment involved.
But there's no way the commander would pick Lance, right?

This went on for a few more mintues before he stopped at a profile that peaked his interest.He then wrote down the name of that pilot and continued on with the searching.
